Welcome on the Internet site of the Consulate of the Gambia in the Netherlands. The United Republic of the Gambia is represented in the Netherlands by the embassy of the Gambia in Belgium and the consulate in the Netherlands.

The consulate has the following core functions: |
|
|
 |
• to supply visas to them that to the Gambia travels |
|
|
• to issue travel documents |
|
|
• take care of the economic and business interests of the Gambia |
|
|
• to promote social and cultural contacts between the Gambia and the Netherlands |
|
|
to attribute consular support to persons with the Gambia nationality in the Netherlands under the economic protection of interests or promotion of tourism. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
The social and cultural contacts include the idea and promotion of development cooperation, also at small-scale level. |
|
|
The consulate grants the following services: |
|
|
|
|
to supply of ordinary visas (to see under " Visa") |
|
|
giving with that coherent travel and tourist information |
|
|
to issue travel documents for Gambians in the Netherlands |
|
|
support for the Gambian community in the Netherlands |
|
|
supplying information business for operations with investments in the Gambia |
|
|
supporting initiatives in the field of development cooperation |
|
|
the introduction of Dutch companies, institutions or individuals in the Gambia at Government Departments |
|
|
